House was as described. It could definitely use a good deep cleaning like kitchen chairs, sofa, exterior cupboards and island tray were all visibly dirty. Fridge, dishes, sheets, and bathrooms were very clean. In great need of some touch up paint and deep clean but put towels down and honestly didn’t stay indoors much as the neighborhood, beach, weather, was perfection. Also there were some cigarette butts in the deck cracks and when we tried to move deck table forward to eat at it tipped over…seems the house was keeping the table upright and its leg was broke but again the location was perfection and we easily overlooked because what we came for was the sun and relaxation. Pool was beautiful and as stated. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook though appeared well equipped. Thanks for sharing the beauty of this amazing location!

Lovely stay

The home was lovely and the fenced back yard with GRASS, not spurs, was a blessing for our beloved dog (sand spurs in paws are the WORST! Rico says..). We would have appreciated more that one small papertowel role and two rolls of TP per bathroom for a weeks stay, but stores nearby helped out at a handsome price! Beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable. Perfect family destination

The property was absolutely perfect for our family and friends. We went to Pensacola for a baseball trip, and the house comfortably fit my wife, myself, our three kids, and the friends they brought with them. The pool was awesome, the hammock was perfect for relaxing, and there was plenty of room to entertain when other families from the team came over. Pensacola Beach Properties did an amazing job communicating and taking care of our needs throughout the trip as well! Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else for our annual trip to Pensacola Beach!

Great Beach Family House

This house was everything that we needed. Room for the 5 of us and 2 small dogs. It was great having a pool all to ourselves and the beach within a 3 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this house!

Very disappointed

We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon at check-in. After walking upstairs into the kitchen and living room I noticed immediately that the table and countertops were not clean along with the exterior of the refrigerator with something smeared all over it. I looked at the furniture and immediately realized that it would not be sanitary to sit on as it was stained up and very filthy looking. I proceeded to look around the home and noticed that the master bathroom had hair on the top side of the tub and the floor of the tub had not been cleaned and the shower curtain had mold growing on it. After purchasing cleaning supplies just so we could use things, I noticed The pool was absolutely filthy and did not get cleaned until the day before we checked out. After a couple of days my legs began to itch after sleeping in the bed not realizing what was going on I happened to wake up because something was crawling on me and it was some kind of bed bugs. The outdoor trash cans were full, we were left with a notice that we were responsible to put the cans out so that the trash could be picked up. One evening we decided to run to the store and could not get back into the home with the keypad. I Contacted the number provided at 9:00 p.m. in a panic , we realized that you did not need a keypad entry to get inside of the home it remained unlocked until 4pm the day before we left because they had to change the battery. This left us with a very unsafe feeling. Worst birthday ever.

Perfect & EASY beach weekend

This house has everything you need to have a successful beach weekend. The pool was very clean & so was the house. They also offer pool heating (we did not need it), and also golf cart rentals. Would love to stay here again
