loved our stay. What would make it better would be A/C in the rooms. We stayed on the top floor and it was very hot and no A/C. Also better Wifi throughout the site would make it easier to work from there as we struggled and couldn't use the full hotel because of this. We loved the stay though.

Hotel is set in a beautiful area, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful, clean room with a very comfortable bed. The pool area was wonderful with the most comfortable loungers we had ever sat on. The food and drink was outstanding, we enjoyed every mouthful. And peaceful, so relaxing it's a wonderful hotel and we had a wonderful stay

This property is the perfect place to spend a few days hiding away from the bustle of Paris, as a home base to explore Normandy, or simply a place to relax. There is a a ciderie and beach in walking distance! It is drop dead gorgeous with exceptional staff whose care and tending to the hotel, the restaurant, and experience are unmatched. This place is truly a gem of understated elegance.

Pire service monde !!

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel pour une nuit mardi/mercredi pour Ă©chapper les canicule de Paris dernier minute. RĂ©servation 2 adultes 1 enfant via expĂ©dia. Comme toujours j’envoie un petit mot : merci d prĂ©parer le lit de petit pour notre arrivĂ©e. La personne de la rĂ©ception qui a reçu la rĂ©servation, sans perdre 1 minute nous a Ă©crit par e-mail que nous devons payer pour le lit supplĂ©mentaire de petit. J’ai expliquĂ© Ă  madame que toutes Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ© via expĂ©dia. Elle Ă©tait sensĂ© de vĂ©rifier. Nous arrivons Ă  l’hĂŽtel 14:52 madame (la mĂȘme) nous dit que nos chambre sont pas prĂȘts. Faut attendre. Par magie 8 minutes aprĂšs Ă  15h ( Check in commence Ă  15h) c’était dĂ©jĂ  prĂȘts !!!! Madame insiste sur le sujet de rĂ©gler 30) supplĂ©ment pour le lit de petit. Au lieu de profiter cet hĂŽtel magnifique ça le cadre est superbe , la piscine extra , j’ai passĂ© l’aprĂšs-midi au tĂ©lĂ©phone Ă  sa place pour appeler Ă  expĂ©dia et comprendre oĂč est le souci. Et il se trouvait y’a 0 soucis car madame a jamais eut la gentillesse d’ouvrir les factures et bien vĂ©rifier que les frais supplĂ©mentaires sont bien Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ© dĂšs dĂ©but. Mais aprĂšs les appels de expĂ©dia a l’hĂŽtel elle se permets quand mĂȘme faire un e-mail en m’expliquant que en façon exceptionnelle ils font un geste commercial de nous offrir le frais de lit de petit. Comment vous voulez ne pas devenir folle aprĂšs tout ça? Elle a la facture devant elle marquĂ© que tout est payĂ© mais Ă  telle point faut ĂȘtre non professionnelle pour faire ça?
