Beautiful property but few issues

Beautiful property, modern aesthetics, great communicative staff, ocean views. AC was great and the house is always cool. However, shower water had poor flow and minimal hot water. What’s not shown is that two out of the four rooms require you to go outside by the pool deck and climb down about 15 or so steps to access. These two rooms are not connected to the main house interior. Two out of the six of us slept on the living room sofa instead because we were a group of women and didn’t want to be separated.
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2024
