AMAZING hotel and AMAZING staff!

Pros: Everything! The food at the hotel was awesome as well. From the breakfast to the hibachi restaurant to the patio pool.
Cons: Nothing…perfect
Location: Good location. A walk from Padang Padang beach. The beach elevator from the hotel is AWESOME. Cute little restaurants in walking distance of the hotel
I can't describe in words how amazing our trip was. Our hotel room was immaculate and soooooo relaxing. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and was very pleased. I was so consumed in wedding tasks that I didnt have time to plan our daily excursions. I was surprised at how helpful the hotel staff was and even willing to bring us to different places. We were luckily paired with Made. He was nothing shy of AMAZING. Made was so helpful on a daily basis. He drove us to Padang Padand beach one day, countless restaurants in ULUWATU, UBUD for a full 8 day tour. He brought us to the most AMAZING locations and the special spots for the best pictures that the other tourists knew nothing about. He was like our personal photographer. Out phones pretty much stayed in his pocket on all of our excursions because he was taking pictures of us the entire time that we LOVEEE and can create a photo album that won't be just selfies lol. The hotel staff are very helpful and want to make you very comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel pretty much everyday. The variety of options is awesome. Every day before we left for an excursions that included water activities, they would have towels and water bottles waiting for us at the from desk. I cannot speak anything negative about this resort. Made was the highlight of our trip. He drove us to Seminiyak as well. He was awesome! Our stay wouldn't have been as amazing without him. Definitely book this hotel for your stay.

Renovations + Closures

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
