This cozy condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility. A mere 3-5 minute stroll will take you to the heart of Historic Main Street, where you can explore charming boutiques, dine in exquisite restaurants, and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere. Alternatively, catch a free ride on the Park City Transit bus right outside the building for ski access or to explore Deer Valley, Park City Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.

This single level condo spans 1,100 square fee with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodates up to eight guests.

From the communal garage or outdoor parking lot, you will enter into the building lobby. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, where an open and bright living area awaits.

Living Room: Designed with a mountain contemporary aesthetic and luxurious furnishings, the living room boasts a plush queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a marble-front wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a 65” Samsung Smart TV and a multi-sport game table. Step onto the balcony offering cushioned patio chairs and breathtaking views of Old Town and the mountains.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and coffee grinder, electric kettle, Crockpot, and an electric range, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room and kitchen, the wood dining table, lit with drop lights, comfortably seats up to eight (with the table leaf) and provides a perfect spot for gatherings.

Fantastic stay!

Well equipped apartment with lovely view and lots of extra touches like games, condiments and lovely food basket. Only negative was main bed’s mattress protector made the sheets feel very slippery. And check-in was 4pm on the dot and not a second before!

Great location with short walk to Main Street and the downtown scene with great restaurants and shopping. Rooms and beds were comfortable and there were very thoughtful gifts for the kids on Easter. Would stay here again!

My best friend and I met up for a kid-free weekend. The property was great! Super spacious, and so close to all of the action. We were able to walk most places, but did have a car and easy parking for when we wanted to venture off. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

Location and accommodations were perfect! Short walk, even in ski boots, to Town Lift and restaurants. Condo was welcoming and clean. Very nice. We definitely would book this listing again.

Our stay

We had a great stay with the exception of street noise/ traffic while sleeping. The noise from Tracy was ver loud and on our first night we had no heat . Otherwise a great condo.
