Great location but maintenance issues
There were many issues:1. electric plugs that don’t work in the unit.2. some parts of the kitchen were stocked well like appliances, but utensils like spatulas and more were not available.3. could not get the Heat controls to work which at times made the unit cold and others too hot.4. There is a major lack of hot water. Only enough for one normal shower at a time before it had to reheat for awhile.

Nice ski-in - ski-out condo.
Spacious and comfortable for a family with kids. Nice appliances, good mud room for gearing up, everything works well, and the owner's agent was always quick to respond. The in-floor heating works mysteriously well.
Note that this unit is down a flight of stairs from the street, which I don't remember seeing in the listing.
Overall, a great home base for a big ski week.
The property was truly ski-in/ski-out for the Canyons side of Park City resort. It was a great size for a family of 4. The condo is in great condition and has high-end appliances throughout. It is well-stocked with very nice tableware and cookware. The beds and pillows are also 5-star hotel quality. We had a wonderful stay!

Great ski In /out access! Hop on the sunrise lift in the morning. Just what we needed! Nicely furnished. Good ski storage area. Canyons free shuttle is very dependable and easy to use.

Great ski in/ski out location
The condo was the perfect setup. Ski in/ski out so great location. Property managers were excellent. I needed an iron one evening & couldn’t find one at the property. Reached out to managers & they delivered a brand new iron/ironing board immediately!
The only thing I’d recommend is adding a few more kitchen essentials. They didn’t have any cookie sheets, measuring spoons/cups or hot pads so it was kind of hard to cook at times.
But we loved it & would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo. Great amount of space for family of four. Proximity to village and ski lift was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
