Overall loved the condo. Well appointed. Great location. Three complaints. First. I notified the team we were coming in very late after midnight. Upon arrival we could not access the condo corridors because they were locked after hours and no code was given. 30 mins sitting around in the middle of the night attempting to contact someone was beyond frustrating. Huge miss. Second. Lack of detailed info for stay. Most places have an informational binder for guests. Took us over 20 mins to find out where to take trash as an example walking around the property searching. Third. Cleaning crew needs to be closely served and managed. Example. The kitchen sink stainless grate was disgusting and filthy. Loaded with soap scum and white mold. Absolutely gross. Many of the kitchen utensils were dirty. We got so grossed out we washed almost all of them by our second day and sanitized them for fear of germs/bacteria.
