The second guestroom has a queen-size bed and a 26" flat-screen TV. For your comfort, the condo has central air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

The cozy living room invites you to catch a show on a 50" cable Smart TV or relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace. Town Pointe A102 has a fully equipped, upgraded kitchen. Dine in with a table for 6 guests plus 3 counter stools.

Access the private, year-round hot tub on the deck just outside the living room. Free wi-fi, a private washer and dryer, and underground parking with elevator access available. This desirable condo has a deluxe classification rating.
