Recently renovated condo with plenty of room for the whole family. Located just 1/2 mile from the base of Park City Mountain resort for easy access to skiing. We offer a spacious 3 bedroom 1500 sqft condo with lofted main living area and great views of the 15th fairway. This condo is packed with amenities including an awesome fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, heated bathroom floors, and a washer and drier. There is a communal heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center just a short 100 yard walk away.

Recently remodeled in 2022 and meticulously maintained our Silver Pine Haus is the perfect place for a family vacation. The Silver Pine Haus includes all brand new Panda and Lull mattresses with high thread count sheets, spa quality bath and pool towels, and top of the line appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. HDTV’s are located in every bedroom and in the main living room with access to high speed internet and all the apps.

Centrally located with just a short walk to the PCMR base, you won't have to drive to enjoy access to world class skiing. Or take advantage of Park City’s free bus system with a stop just out front to reach Deer Valley (5min ride) or Canyons Village (10min ride). Main Street Park City is just 2 miles away for access to a variety of dining and shopping options.

Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tub both in winter season and summer with a short 100 yard walk located just next door. There is also a fitness center with a treadmill, Peloton, and rowing machine.

Queen bed with attached master bath with shower only and heated bathroom floors. Tv included in bedroom.

-Bedroom 2 (located upstairs)
Bunk room with double twin over full bunks room for 4 total guests, Tv included in bedroom.

-Bedroom 3 (located upstairs)
King Loft with attached shared bathroom and tv located in bedroom.

-Bathroom 1
Attached to queen bedroom down stairs features an walk-in shower with single vanity and toilet. Additional features include hair drier and heated tile floors.

-Half Bath
Located in the hall from the main entry to the kitchen.

-Bathroom 2
Located upstairs and is attached to King bed suite but is also shared with bunk room with access via hallway. This bathroom features a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and toilet. Additional features include hair drier and heated tile floors.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances to cook your own meals, featuring electric stove with gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, Keurig, blender, and crock pot. All dishes and cookware are included.

Kitchen includes a filtered water spigot for clean and refreshing water in an effort to reduce bottled water consumption so bring your reusable water bottles

Family room features a gas fireplace, couch and several chairs, TV with sound bar, dining room table that can seat 8.

Washer and drier located in unit with access to several pods for cleaning laundry if needed during your stay.

Unit features 2 furnace/ air conditioning units to keep both floors at optimal temperatures. There is also a tankless hot water heater so you wont have to worry about running out of hot water after a long ski day.

Pack and play available in upstairs closet if needed for your stay.

One parking spot is reserved in underground parking. Additional GUEST spots are available but are first come first serve.

Back deck features eye hooks to lock bikes up and cable lock is provided if needed.

Back deck also has chairs and a grill for summertime use.

Boot drier and warmer provided to ensure dry warm feet for a full day of skiing.

Front door and back door have exterior Ring Cameras for added security.
