This incredible 5 bed, 6.5 bath custom ski chalet brings the most scenic parts of Deer Valley right to your doorstep.



The Space:

Abode on Success ViewAbode on Success View is the perfect home for family and friends to enjoy Park City’s world-class skiing and fresh mountain air at any time of year. Located right at the base of Deer Valley and only five minutes from Main Street, this incredible 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom custom ski chalet brings the most scenic parts of the resort right to your doorstep. The layout is excellent for hosting large groups, providing private space and an ensuite bathroom for every guest. The home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests in beds, or up to 17 with the additional sleeper sofa in the loft.



The heart of the home is the fabulous great room, featuring a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and deep-cushioned sofas. This space flows into a beautiful, alpine-style dining area with wooden bench seating and a gorgeous gourmet kitchen fully equipped for any culinary need. The kitchen island provides additional seating for four, all set against rich hardwood floors and stunning surrounding views. Guests can enjoy morning coffee from the main deck or fire up the grill to prepare a fresh feast for the entire tribe.



When it is time to recharge for another day of adventure, the spacious bedrooms ensure everyone has a restful retreat. The primary suite, with perfectly framed mountain views, is located on the upper main level. The lowest level features three additional guest suites: one with a king bed, a second with a queen plus a twin trundle, and a third with a bunk bed, trundle, and a full bed. The mid-level floor offers a queen bedroom, while the top-level loft provides a queen sleeper sofa and a private bathroom on the same floor.



Designed for year-round entertaining, Abode on Success View boasts large, open gathering areas filled with natural sunlight. Premium amenities include an in-home theater, a pool table, a fully decked-out game room, a Sonos sound system, and an in-home fitness room. The property also offers incredible ski-in/ski-out access with a dedicated ski prep room, a private hot tub, a garage, and access to a seasonal community swimming pool in the summer.

Great unit -- loved the laundry facilities to accommodate our entire party. Everyone had their own space, and we never even used the upper floor/game room with the pool table (maybe next year). Would love to stay there again should we return to the area.

Spacious home with plenty of room for our group of six adults & two kids aged 5 & 3. Location was great with easy ski in/out access to/from Success Run (an easy, wide trail) & great mountain views. House was well stocked with everything we needed for nightly dinners in front of a warm fire. Bathrooms offered amenities plus plenty of towels. The hot tub was clean and ready for our use. The managing team was very responsive to any questions we had. My entire family enjoyed staying in this home.

Great family getaway

A great property for our family of 11. Lots of space, nicely furnished, great - well stocked kitchen. We all enjoyed our time in the game room, the kids loved the movie room, the pool and the hot tub. The view is beautiful.

Fabulous Deer Valley Ski House

This was the perfect house for our party of 7! Everyone felt comfortable and location was great - close to base, less than 10 min to Main Street Park City and ski slopes a very short walk allowing ski in/ski out for us and our young boys

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! There is plenty of space and the house is equipped with everything you need. The pool is just across the street which we loved, and the host is very kind and responsive. The house doesn't have air conditioning but they do have plenty of fans so that helped a lot! Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful home

We enjoyed the area, home and skiing! The communication with the property manager was a bit of a challenge, but when we expressed our concerns, they were accomodating about a few minor repairs. We were very pleased with everything and would stay again if we came back to this area.

We had a beautiful Thanksgiving trip with our family. We decided to meet in the middle in Park City from Denver and San Francisco together. It was great house, better than pictures, spacious and perfect for bigger kids and adults. Plenty of room. Property team was super responsive and so helpful. We would definitely stay again! Perfect spot for a group with kids

4 families with young kids stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. We each had our own big room a bathroom. There was a large living room with a fireplace, a movie room, workout room, pool room, and a hot tub on a beautiful deck facing deer valley. The drive into town is an easy 5 mins. This was an ideal spot and we had great communication with the management from start to finish. Only thing to keep in mind, there are a lot of stairs.

Stayed here for a ladies weekend. It was very fun, private and peaceful. Beautiful views and nice amenities. Went to a beach boys concert at Deer Valley and could walk down to the venue which was nice! The pool was lovely and we had it all to ourselves since other guests were not at the rentals. It did get hot because of the lack of air conditioning but the fans provided helped and opening windows. My only surprise was the size of the bedrooms that had more than a queen/king. The rooms could technically fit 4-5 people but for grown adults it was too tight. If we had kids staying there it would have been fine. But the rooms were not adequate to fit 4-5 grown adults, some ladies ended up just sleeping on couches instead. Each room had its own bathroom which was nice, just a heads up for others planning to stay here! I would book this place again, but would invite 12 friends instead of 16. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and would help with issues within minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay

We really appreciated all of the space to spread out. We had plenty of room for our large family. The pool was a "glorious" place to cool off in the evenings, and the views are spectacular. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. We even had access to a few paper plates and some Ziploc bags—thoughtful additions for large group stays. A note about where to find a broom and dustpan would be really helpful. We eventually found one downstairs in the furnace room off from the media room, but the hiding spot is not obvious. Thanks so much for a great stay, for quick response times to help with stuck windows, and for all of the thoughtful details that made us feel like we were being treated especially well. The property management company seems to be doing a stellar job!

Beautiful home

Beautiful residence in a picture perfect setting on a full moon weekend! With a September stay, we had no neighbors and no noise from morning to night. It's a short and easy drive from Salt Lake City. The description is very accurate and we were all surprised by how spacious the home is as it does not look large from the exterior. The lay-out is wonderful as a large group can gather together in several different locations making it feel cozy and comfortable while never feeling crowded. We made all our meals at home and the kitchen and grilling area had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
