This exclusive Park City resort offers prime access to three ski resort areas for exhilarating skiing, hiking & biking, as well as other attractions & historic landmarks. The Marriott Summit Watch resort provides all-season fun with a heated indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, a fitness center, and daily family activities. Located downtown, just a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, this property could not be more conveniently located! This was so convenient. All the amenities of a hotel but with the extra space of an apartment. It right on Main st close to everything and the lift is 2mins away. Fantastic spot!!

The room was perfect for our stay of two couples. We each had our own private bathrooms and bedrooms with a gathering area and kitchen in the middle. The location at the base of Main Street was perfect. The skiers were able to walk right onto the lift. Staff was very friendly. Lovely stay!

Marriott Summit Watch is centrally located to everything Park City has to offer with the Town Lift just across the street. The unit we stayed in was so large and a great home base for the week.

3.5 stars BUT not bad heres why.

The positive was the size, it was HUGE for the price and IF you are skiing PC from door to lift, it's 2 minutes. I didnt know PC wasn't IKON only Deer Valley, huge fail on my part. Our issues were 3 fold. 1st - We were on the side of the highway and there were cars non stop zipping up and down along with snow plows and the occasional siren. My home is much quieter, but others may not have an issue with that, for me, I really don't like the noise on vacation. This could be solved by having a room on the other side. 2nd - it's like a hotel room. It's not cosy, there are no blankets or much of anything, all very cheap stuff and the building itself reminds me of a 3.5 star hotel. 3rd - the master bath shower has black in the grout in many places. I dont know if it was mold or a build-up of soap scum but there is no way it should have been there. I just left it alone and didn't complain but it should not have been there.

Great Location

The unit with the lock off unit was perfect for us. We had a car and the access to the garage and parking directly under our unit made it very easy to get stuff in and out of car. We did not Ski at Park City because of the Ski Patroll Strike. But you walk across the street right to the Town Lift. It was an 8 minute car ride to deer valley where we skied.

Park City/Deer Valley New Year Vacation

Spacious 2 bedroom with an excellent location, convenient parking and good amenities for children. Multiple hot tubs, a heated pool and a game room that was convenient for kids. Properly is situated off main Street with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Properly was a quick and convenient drive to Deer Valley ski resort. Will definitely stay here with my family again.

Property is great location in downtown, close to all the restaurants/bars and walking distance to slopes. Room was well equipped with what we needed and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly with room to spare! The hot tub was perfect after long ski days and we love this location the best in Park City
