The staff, first and foremost. Very friendly, hospitable, helpful, and made me feel at home. The location is very convienent and the pool is amazing.

Staff are accommodating and respectful and the hotel is clean especially the pool. What I dont like is that they dont honor Senior citizen discount in the hotel rooms and also in the dinner buffet. But overall is excellent.

the hotel's shortcomings

I was surprised by the kind of breakfast that was somewhat less than the price. I stayed at other hotels too, but I was surprised by the small number of types for the price. If I can't increase the type, I think it would be reasonable if I cut the price in half.
