The property needs to inform travellers that the metro is 4 minute walk from Sant Tomas Metro station. An easy ride from the airport to save on the traffic. Breakfast is limited to mainly omelette and carbs in the covered trays. Needs improvement. Room is need of painting and decorating. Floors could do with a daily mopping. There were dried in splashes on the bathroom door. Keeping on top of room maintenance would be good budget hotel or not. The hotel served its purpose

I was unable to stay at this property due to its condition and checked less than an hour after checking in. I requested a refund from the hotel who directed me to Expedia, where my request was ultimately denied.The hotel later claimed that because i didnt "check out", they were unable to process the refund, despite my early departure .When i attempted to follow up with the hotel by phone, my call was abruptly disconnected This experience was highly disappointing, both in terms of the property's condition and the lack of customer service.I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. The room is spacious. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good too plus there is 24hours room service. The maid came to clean the room every morning. Beds are comfy and A/C is not noisy at all. Just a block from the train station and near a bus stop so it's easy to get around town. I definitely would stay again.

Very close to the subway and 3 stops away from Albrook Mall and 4 blocks from the Cinta Costera. Super friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Breakfast could improve though...

If you want a less expensive hotel that is safe, reasonably comfortable, reasonably clean for an old place, has great, friendly staff, a nice breakfast, etc. this is your place! It is a couple block's walk to a great REY grocery store, pharmacies, the ocean/walking/bike path, etc.--super convenient. The area and adjacent buildings are definitely run down, but that is normal for the area, in my experience. It seems safe enough. We would definitely stay here again!

Off the beaten trail...

Amazing hotel, nice location. Located in quiet part of town without heavy pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Rooms were clean with working wi-fi and air conditioning. Friendly staff. Next time I'm in Panama will definitely book this hotel.

The property lobby looked okay. The room was like a dorm room. There were cracks in the wall and the room needed painting. The window looked into the kitchen of a private home. The furniture looked like it was from a discount budget store or good will. The breakfast was okay....I asked for cheese with my omelet and the cook said there was no cheese. I would not choose this place again for a stay. The elevator worked and I felt safe once in the building. The neighborhood was okay. You get what you pay "for" and I would not choose this as a vacation hotel. I would not bring my family to this location.
