Gulf Breeze

My wife and I rented this condo for 4 nights. Was very pleased with it. Communication from Bill and the desk staff was excellent. The ease of check in process was pretty much effortless. We especially loved the large balcony and all of its furniture. Inside the condo was beautiful and clean. The furnishings felt like home and didn't have that "rental condo " vibe. Beach service was a huge plus. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Property

The accomodations were excellent. After an upgrade to the bathrooms, this condo will be perfect. The balcony was extremely and comfortably attired with very nice furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped. The TVs were of high quality. Wifi was very good. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Amazing Stay!

This was my first time in Panama City Beach and our first time staying at Gulf Crest Condo’s. I am very particular and did a lot of research before booking this unit…..read reviews, etc. Check in was a breeze! The owner was super quick to respond throughout the process. The resort and amenities were a plus to this beautiful condo! Everything was as shown in the pictures and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! It’s in a great location and we are already looking to see when we can come back! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Wonderful vacation!

The view is what caught my attention for this property. It was just the 2 of us so there was plenty of room. I was glad for 2 bathrooms as the lighting in the second was much better for getting ready. Beds were a bit too soft for our old backs. The decor was beachy and inviting. The ice maker was perfect for our small cooler everyday. Parking was great. The pools were perfect, very well tended pool area. Tiki bar was great, hours could have been a little better. Walking distance to coffee, food, bar. Saw dolphins and sting rays jumping in the water. Balcony had lots of seating and was getting updated after we left, which it needs. We would definitely go back again.

The most excellent property!

This was probably the nicest place we have stayed in a while! The condo itself was immaculate. The furnishings were nice. The best feature was the very large (and tiled) deck. It was great and had a wonderful view! There were plenty of space at the two pools and always chairs available. The beach chair service was so nice and the attendant was one of the nicest young men I have met in awhile. We enjoyed our complimentary chairs with umbrella as well as rented an extra for the week. The check-in process was all online, was keyless, and we didn't have to talk face to face with anyone when we arrived. I am sure that Bill and the managing company are nice... but since everything was perfect, there was really no need to call! We will definitely stay here again, no question.
