Location:
Mistletoe Cottage is located on the east side of Chevy Chase Farm, part of our farm retreat center. The cottage is situated at the end of a warehouse building and designed like a cozy townhouse, offering the perfect getaway for couples.

Bathroom alert: The bathroom in this space is located on the second floor.

Features:
Two-Story Layout: The second-floor luxury bedroom boasts stunning views of the farm's side fields and includes a small wet bar.
Bathroom: The upstairs bathroom is fully tiled, with a shower integrated into the open bathroom space. For added convenience, we provide outdoor bathrooms and showers nearby for guests who prefer ground-level facilities.

Entertainment: Enjoy our large-screen TV and an extensive collection of over 1,000 DVDs for endless viewing options.

Outdoor Amenities: Relax on the spacious patio, equipped with two chairs, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill—perfect for enjoying our grass-fed beef. Wood and charcoal are provided.

Accessibility:
Just so you know, the stairs are not carpeted, making this property unsuitable for children under 2 years old.

Farm Amenities:

Pond: A large pond on-site includes kayaks for your use. Please enjoy them responsibly and at your own discretion.
Trails: Explore 4.5 miles of gravel walking trails across rolling hills and pastures. You’ll encounter our pigs, horses, chickens, and cows along the way.
Biking: Bring your bike to enjoy the trails or take a scenic ride along a quiet country road to the nearby river.

Farm Store & Greenhouse

We offer a variety of products through our Grab & Go e-commerce site, featuring fresh seasonal vegetables, 100% grass-fed meats, free-range chicken eggs, artisan sourdough bread, and even ice.

Our Greenhouse, open seasonally from April to June, showcases a vibrant selection of plants, flowers, and bushes to brighten any space.

As a fully functioning cattle farm, we pride ourselves on raising 100% grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and free-range chicken eggs. Our meats, canned goods, fresh produce, and sourdough bread are available for online pre-order through our Grab & Go website:

Cleanliness: We pride ourselves on maintaining a spotlessly clean cottage. Mistletoe Cottage is located on a private lot, offering complete privacy during your stay.

For pet-friendly accommodations, please look at our Sunflower Cottage listing. While pets are not allowed at Mistletoe Cottage, Sunflower Cottage offers a safe and welcoming space for your furry companions.

Another cottage, Sage Cottage, is located nearby but situated at a higher elevation for added separation and privacy. Just so you know, there is some construction on-site, but it will not impact your stay.

You are permitted to use the entire space. You can also use the bathroom facility across the parking lot and any of the outdoor trails, pond, ect.
