Apesar do calor insuportável da cidade, o hotel é agradável. O atendimento de toda a equipe é muito bom, pessoas sempre de bom humor e sempre prestativas. O café da manhã é bem variado e super gostoso. Apenas o colchão da cama é mole demais e ar condicionado estava fixo em 17°.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, fica perto do centro, do shopping Palmas e Capim Dourado, restaurantes. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, vale o custo benefício. Fazemos aqui uma ressalva, o hotel não divide, no cartão de crédito, o valor das diárias e isso não é informado quando estamos fazendo as reservas pelo Hotel.com e acho que esse detalhe nos fosse informado, no mais tudo bem. Nossa estadia foi legal, curtimos muito, fomos conhecer o Jalapão e valeu a pena.

Uma noite apenas.

Fui apenas para dormir, a atendente estava um pouco sonolento tive que voltar para pegar a senha do wi-fi, no quarto tinham muitos mosquitos e a fixação da TV e da tv a cabo estavam soltos.

Com pouco seria ótimo

Me hospedei de 20 p/ 21 e de 26 a 28 de janeiro, qdo. passei na primeira vez pedi o quarto Twin qdo chegamos só tinha apto. de casal e nos ofereceram um com uma cama no corredor do banheiro então se uma levantava outra tinha que deitar porque não tinha espaço. 2) O box do banheiro é muito liso e não tem barra e nem um tapete aderente p não cair; 3) Qdo. a equipe de café começa os preparativos, o corredor de apto. não tem acústica então voce tem que acordar porque o barulho é grande; 4) Enquanto tomávamos café os funcionários estavam dentro da cozinha dizendo, graças a Deus aquele grupo foi embora; 5) Enquanto aguardava meu lanche na recepção vi vários hóspedes chegando e negociando a tarifa num quarto melhor que o meu por R$100,00 enquanto eu paguei R$150,00 mais taxas. Enfim minhas críticas são no sentido de buscar melhoria.
