I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed.

O hotel, no geral, é bom, mas, pelo preço, poderia ser bem melhor. Tive alguns problemas pontuais que minaram minha experiência.
