Well functioning hotel

Staff is professional and friendly. Hotel is very clean, the interior materials make it almost too hygienic. The double rooms were nice and spacious.

Do not go by the description all inclusive is a total lie. Food terrible inside the hotel. More important this is a place where customer service is not important. My AC broke and I had to stay during the entire time without it. Inside the room floor tile were loose. I asked for another room and they denied it. Hotel customers feels like you are in a retirement facility. Almost all guest were in the late seventies. I want to make it clear I don’t have nothing against this. I love my old community. But that was not in my plans. This was a vacation to celebrate my birthday. It was Terrible in general. Do not rent this hotel without reading and look up in google. I didn’t do it and I paid the price. If you are coming to Mallorca go to Palma a very nice place with beautiful people.

Not for families. The all inclusive 0'0 includes only a few beers and during dinner. Amenities are good but the environment is not for families with children. If you are a a family with small children hoping to enjoy an all inclusive option this place is not appropriate.

The resort is excellent! One thing i noticed. There is no music playing and the one they have is for a funeral home. They need an activity person to make people have a good time other than eat and tan. The show at 9 pm is not good. Singers cant engage with customers because they are bad. Thats the only thing i see.

Excellent location with 5 min walk to the beach but far enough from noisy beach pubs. All inclusive food and service was excellent. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I been in different Riu resorts Cancun, Punta Cana, Costa Rica.......moor I don't like one thing hotel is all inclusive but you have to pay for beers at pool every where 5 euro except in buffet you have right only for 3 free drinks, I have to buy Beers from outside to drink cost 2 Euro. The music in night is not good . Another issues and very very important to all visitors the most ATM machine is scam !!!! You must visited the Cathedral and city Palma

The room was OK, towels small, need cash for a beach towel, food was excellent, absolutely outstanding, poolsnwere ok, indoor pool closed, hot jacuzzi was just warm, cold plung pool was just slightly cool. Door key useless, 5 changes in 4 days and reception blamed me, i switched pockets and bags to no avail. Not near phone or bank cards just kept failing. Area is busy with german youngsters, but well behaved, would recommend 40s people stay nearer the airport.
