The hotel was quite worn but all the basic things like the shower, the toilet and the air conditioning woked though. The staff was exremely friendly and ready to help. The area was very busy with mostly tourists who are there to party and it can be noisy. The hotel is close to the beach.

the property is old and don't believe the pictures which you see on the website, there no wifi. I booked the property because I wanted to cook there. But I really didn't feel like cooking on that kitchen, so we stayed only 2 nights. but I would never come back.

Mixed bag. Location is great, staff was super friendly, but the room wasn’t what was advertised. A room with a kitchen that didn’t even have a kettle to boil water, or cleaning tools to wash the dishes. After asking reception for these things, they acknowledged the claim but gave us very little of what we asked for. Quite disappointing.

Muy mala experiencia en este hotel – No lo recomiendo. Lamentablemente, este hotel, Mix_Hotel en playa de palma-S’Arenal Mallorca, ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido como familia en vacaciones. El trato al cliente fue inaceptable desde el primer día. Hicimos nuestra reserva a través de Hotels.com para tres personas: mi esposo, nuestra hija de 17 años y yo. La reserva fue confirmada sin problemas, pero al llegar al hotel, nos informaron que por política del establecimiento no se permiten tres personas en la misma habitación. Siendo que en mayo nosotros viajamos a Fuerte Ventura y nos quedamos los tres en una sola habitación y no hubo ningún problema con esa reserva y según ellos la normativa del hotel y España  obligaba a no poder alojar 3 personas en una sola habitación. Como resultado, nos obligaron a pagar una segunda habitación adicional para mi esposo,cuando llegamos a las 12 de la noche, lo cual fue inesperado y completamente injusto. Y que nosotros habíamos hecho mal la reservación, incluyendo un bebe de meses, en la reserva del hotel, lo cual ellos dejaron una cuna en la habitación. A partir de ese momento, todo fue una cadena de incomodidades. Casi cada vez que intentábamos entrar a nuestras habitaciones, las tarjetas estaban bloqueadas. Íbamos a recepción a pedir ayuda y, en lugar de atendernos con respeto, el personal mostraba una actitud grosera y evasiva. En varias ocasiones nos hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos, mientras los empleados se escondían

Además de hacer la reserva al último momento lo único bueno fue que me dieron una habitación con balcón al mar pero la primera habitación no estaba limpia nicamas hechas ni nada la segunda cuando los del piso de arriba se duchaban en la bañera había una gotera y caía agua a duchas así no sal los teléfonos de ducha no son movibles antiguos suciedad de las orillas no limpian bien o sea 3 estrellas no se las merecen y yo suelo ir de hoteles o apartamentos cada 15 días y a este no volveré primero por el precio

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht auch vereinzelt deutsch. Ansonsten kommt man mit englisch gut aus. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, das Zimmer war riesig, das Bad war super. Die Küchenzeile war etwas abgewohnt aber das hat nicht gestört. Das Doppelbett war etwas sehr weich mit der Matratze und das Beistellbett (wollten nicht als 2 Typen in einem Doppelbett schlafen) war zwar spartanisch aber die Matratze hatte eine gute Härte. Der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer war das Highlight. Auch wenn die Leute vom Mc Donalds auf den Balkon gucken konnten, haben die Seite mit Stühlen verstellt, besser wäre es wenn dort milchglas anstatt klarglas wäre. Typisch Ballermann wars draußen immer sehr laut, aber die modernen Schiebetüren haben den Lärm von draußen super abgeschottet. Nur vom Flur wars extrem hellhörig, da sollte man an den Türen auch noch was machen.

Die Apartments sind zweckmäßig und eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Im Bad hat man bspw. kaum eine Ablagefläche. Der Schlaf-/Wohnbereich ist besser ausgestattet (großer Schrank, Regal, Sitzgelegenheit, Küchenzeile,…). Die Möbel sind etwas abgewohnt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Gegend sind viele Restaurants, Kneipen, kl. Supermärkte und Souvenirläden. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am herrlichen Strand. Auch Balenario 5/6 sind in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Hafen ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.
