A fully outfitted kitchen with both a drip and Keurog coffee maker. All linens/towels are provided. The bedroom has a king size bed. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size sleeper. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is no bathtub in this condo. The complex has an amazing pool with two hot tubs as well as two tennis courts, one marked for Pickle Ball. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, shopping, restaurants and the casino. Plenty of off street guest parking outside the gates.

Fantastic condo!!

We met with Mike when we arrived, and he explained Palm Springs rules, etc. and showed us where everything was in the condo. We loved the view from outside balcony, and really enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. Hope to stay here again next year!! We highly recommend this lodging!!

Comfortable Condo

Condo was very comfortable and could easily accommodate 2 people.Very clean and pleasant small gated condo development. Walkable to grocery store and the main drag in Palm Springs. Did not use the pool but looked inviting.

This condo was great! My husband and I had a great experience. The place was exactly as advertised. Mike was an excellent host- we had an issue with the door not unlocking and he was happy to help out even though it was after 10 pm. He was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. The complex is located close to the Palm Springs "strip" and was an easy walk to and from all locations we wanted to visit. The complex is well maintained and the unit was in very good shape. There are certainly locations with more amenities and luxury but this was exactly what we were looking for and was a great value.

Everything was good, but pool's not working.

The apartment was fine, except the pool and hot tubs were not working. They said the gas pipe to heat them was broken. We were there for 16 days and the day we left they were finally working on it. Very disappointing.

Fun in the sun.

Centrally located, cute and bright with all necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed, super important to me, two TVs with Netflix. The pool area is big with two hot tubs, really friendly neighbors. I'll happily stay again when I return to Palm Springs.
