- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located next to the front door facing the front entrance area, camera 2 is in the garage monitoring the parking area, camera 3 is on the side of the garage facing the driveway, and cameras 4 and 5 are located on the west side of the home facing the pool equipment, pool area, and side yard ravine. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion. If you would like the camera facing the pool and side yard turned off during your stay, please reach out to the Guest Contact after your reservation is complete

PALM SPRINGS REQUIREMENTS
- Occupancy Limit: Nighttime max occupancy is 4 people, but 2 additional people are allowed if they are 12 years of age or under. Total daytime max occupancy is 8 people
- Parking Limits: For stays less than 28 nights, only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
