close, walkable to downtown strip. Great pool hot tub area. Older style building, but in good shape. Comfy king bed. Nice to have Netflix as well. Secure parking. Recommend it for 2 people.

Workable Small Condo
Condo is very small (under 600 sf) and the decorative furniture provided doesn't provide enough storage areas for an extended stay. Several areas are in need of maintenance. Pots and utensils provided are old and need to be replaced. Overall, it's usable but not as nice as the pictures would lead you to believe.

Palm Springs Getaway
Spent a month in December/January at this comfortable and well equipped condo at the centrally located Biarritz Complex. Walkable to downtown, supermarket, etc.Miquel met us at the agreed upon time and gave us keys and a run down of apartment. The owners left a gift bag with treats and sparkling waters. A nice touch! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for our month long visit: Towels/paper goods/dishwashing pods/basic spices/a nice variety of glassware and dishes/pots and pans and a variety of cooking items including a mini food processor, blender, coffee maker, toaster and rice maker. Excellent refrigerator with ice maker and a great dishwasher. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 balconies with varying light conditions during the day. We saw hummingbirds everyday visiting the plants we bought.Living room was comfortable and the TV was new and equipped with a Roku where you can stream from your phone.Bedroom had a large closet, night tables and a dresser and a ceiling fan and huge bed. Loved seeing sunrise and the beautiful sky colors every morning.Grounds are well-maintained with beautiful plants. The pool area was large and had 2 nice hot tubs and plenty of lounge chairs and seating.Communal washer and driers were great and you can pay using a phone app vs using quarters. We would definitely rent this unit again. One negative aspect is the pickleball players who started using the tennis courts midway during our stay. Pickleball is much louder than tennis and is quite annoying (from bedroom patio).
I had a really good extended stay at this apartment. I wintered in Palm Springs without a car, so the location of this place was perfect - walking distance to the bars on Arenas Road, the shopping and dining on Palm Canyon, the resorts in Warm Sands and the Grocery Outlet next door (warning: if you're used to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's you might be shocked at Grocery Outlet, but it met my needs and the prices were great). The condo's towels, cutlery, dishes, glassware and kitchenware appeared to be brand new, so maybe the previous review was acted on (though new towels are a pain because of huge amounts of lint). The kitchen even had a new Crock Pot and rice cooker. Some warnings: 1. The central location is great, but it is right on Ramon Road, which is heavily traveled day and night, so if you're a light sleeper this may not be right for you. 2. The condo has an east window and balcony off the bedroom, and a west window and balcony off the living room, but no south windows, so it's dark during the day (and the sun sets behind the mountain at 3:20 PM in December). Just hang out by/in the warm, sunny pool and hot tubs instead. 3. While the apartment has been fairly recently renovated, the complex itself is 40 years old, so you will hear neighbors talking through the walls, you will smell them smoking cigarettes and other things, and when they shower you will hear the pipes howling.
