The stay was very enjoyable and the staff are very accommodating. I think the general consensus was good vibes. This area of Palm Desert is the somewhat nicer downtown, though with slightly less character. Otherwise the food and people were all as enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very cute recently, remodeled property. Very convenient to everything wonderful in Palm Desert. I prefer a saltwater pool, but you can’t always have it all. Nice staff too!

I love mid-century modern accommodations. I've stayed at the Paseo and other hotels, but I prefer the Mod. It was quiet and relaxing. My room was quite spacious with a nice kitchen and bedroom.

The pool was amazing and also the views of the mountains. It’s very modern and colorful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It’s right next to El Paseo shopping center so we walk to Tommy Bahamas for Happy Hour It was wonderful.

We loved our stay at the Mod! I would say the only thing we didn’t like is that our presidential suite was the first one when you walked in and we had about 6 different random people slide open our doors and walk in to our room. Maybe some signs should be placed to avoid that in the future… but overall a good stay.

Stayed in the 3 bed villa which had a wonderfully spacious shared space and full kitchen. Area was clean and the location was central and a walk to the nearby restaurants. Some of the beds could use an upgrade. However, for the price, this place was unbeatable.

An excellent value. We were upgraded to a suite, which was really amazing. I think this property was newly re-done and still needs a few finishing touches, but was mid century magical all the same. Best location right off of El Paseo in great un-gated neighborhood. Great for walking and biking around.

I would suggest having keurig coffee pods for for every room, it’s a newer place, a little more time needed for upgrades. But overall a wonderful hotel with an amazing vibe, and the manager, she is awesome, friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel at home!! Definitely coming back

We love the place, we have enough room for 3 of us. Everything looks clean, kitchen was nice small but complete with all your needs. I know people complaining about the AÇ LOL we actually don’t really bother with the sound. The staff are excellent, we can’t complain. We’ve been traveling and staying at so many hotels/motels or condos like and all of them have good and bad but at the end of the day we only in our room for not long enough to complain, we just want to enjoy it and make memories with our daughter.
