Great Family Friendly Condo

Condo was very clean and updated, plenty of towels and linens for 6+ guests. Close to beach access. Would rent again.

Great Place!

Very nice condo. Great views of ocean and golf course. Clean, well appointed. Owner very responsive to any of our questions prior and during the visit. Would 100% stay there again.

Beach Vacation

The accommodations were very comfortable and the view of the ocean from the balcony was great. The owner, John, could not have been more helpful leading up to our stay at the property. The facilities and the location were perfect for the vacation we booked and will absolutely consider this for a future beach get-away.

Great clean place. John was very accommodating when it came to me and the guest parking situation. He took care of everything and was in contact with me the whole vacation. Would stay there again. Great view too!

Great Stay!

Loved this property! The property has a wonderful view of the ocean and the golf course. The rooms are all separated so everyone has their space. Lots of plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking supplies. There were extra towels and linens if needed as well. Publix is less than a mile. The walkway to the beach is close and the surrounding area is super safe. I usually don’t stay at the same place twice, but I would definitely come back here.

Wonderful property, great host

The unit is in building 3 with great views of the Atlantic and the golf course. Easy access to the beach and 1/4 mile to the pools (easy walk or drivable if have a lot of kid stuff). Condo is well equipped and instructions are very easy to follow. Master bed is comfy, we slept so well. Either come with your supplies or there is a Publix close by. Best is the host, John, who is supper responsive and is so willing to accommodate!

Perfect Gateway

Our VRBO stay was the perfect getaway and great secluded and gated neighborhood with a minute walk to the beach. I wish there was more ammenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish/laundry pods etc. We ended up spending an additional $50 on these necessities. The pool club was a little farther of a walk than thought as well. Overall, great property would stay here again!

Great View!!

Loved the view of this condo overlooking the golf course and beach. Comfortable, great for a family or couple a like. Only a minute walk to the beach. Pool not far but will suggest use the car. Complete with everything you need for your stay. Provided with essentials at least for a few days of your stay like: dish soap, dishwasher tabs, extra kitchen garbage bags, toilet and paper towels, bathing soap, dryer sheets and laundry soap. Condo was very clean. Provide wifi and cable. Perfect for our stay to relax and recharge. John the owner was super easy to deal with, provide us with all the info the week before arrival. Thank you John !!! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The condo was as advertized which often is not the case. The view from the covered patio area is great and accommodates 6 nicely. Nicely decorated in a beach motif. Beautiful master suite and very spacious overall.Needs new dvd player. Was not a problem for us as we brought our own games to play. We needed it as the weather on fri. and sat. was rainy...We managed to have fun playing cards and games and enjoying local restaurants and bars in the european village and st. augustine.Highly recommended.....

The condo is very nice, good layout and sufficient space. The view is very good, balcony is nice. Kitchen is well equipped. However there are following things that need to be addressed 1. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable and should be replaced 2. TVs did not work in master bedroom and 2nd bedroom 3. There were small ants on bathroom counter

Wonderful Experience

This property was so nicely maintained. View from this property is amazing. From this property we were able to enjoy both the views - The Beach and The Golf Course. John took such a good care of us. He kept us well informed about the property and the location. I would love to come back here again

Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock

This condominium is beautifully decorated and yet comfortable, too. From the balcony, the views of the Ocean Golf Course entertained us for hours. Parking was convenient; the gated community provided an extra level of security; and the vacation was a complete success!

Great beach view on Palm Coast

We stayed in the condo for a couple of weeks in August. The condo was as presented in the listing. Location was very convenient and within a short distance to the local Publix. Enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. Owner was very easy to work with and communication was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a lovely place to spend a long, birthday weekend with my family. The view of the ocean from our balcony was perfect in the morning over breakfast, as well as throughout the day! The variety of cookware, and brand new spices!, in the kitchen made cooking meals so delicious, convenient, and fun. The beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy, water was hot, and rooms were clean. They were a few games left for guests to enjoy. And the proximity to beautiful Hammock Beach, as well as the fun of Flagler Beach, St. Augustine, and Daytona made this a spot we'd love to rent again!
