Steve was very prompt responding to my questions. The hot water valve for the jacuzzi tub wasn’t working and Steve was able to find a plumber the day after Thanksgiving to repair it. We had everything we needed to cook. It is a very nice neighborhood and the backyard neighbors were so friendly. I will definitely be staying here again
