Whilst the property was ok there were a few issues. We werent informed that the villa we booked was 3 separate bedrooms with 3 separate entrances (not connected inside). Given we have 2 young children, this made things difficult. A conference party on the first night was also very loud until 11.15pm, which isnt too late, but it would have been nice to be informed after booking (the noise disturbed our kids). The bar didnt open until 6.30pm so it was difficult to have a drink by the pool before going out for dinner. Friendly staff though and great location, with a micro brewery down the road.

Unique design. Good experience to stay as compared to teaditional hotels. Need proper upkeep and maintenance though - generally very dusty, doors are not working properly, safe is not working, many a times got no hot water supply and got to call reception, room telephone is spoilt - cant hear the operator talking, etc. Otherwise, staff are very helpful to resolve problems.

wonderful garden but bed could improve.

The surrounding environment was amazing and the staffs/service was great. We like all of the amenities. The room where we stayed was a bit outdated but clean. Although we were not satisfied with the bed as it made squeaky noise when we tossed and turned. Bed was a bit stiff but we didn't mind. We plan to return but will have to check the bed. Overall good experience.

Comfortable & wonderful lodge.

It was amazing & fantastic, all around with flowers & trees. The room is tidy & clean, very comfortable, except the shower drainage is very slow , cannot enjoy the hot shower fully, the water will flow out to the toilet from the bathroom for just a one or two minutes. This is the drawback. The security is good & felt safe. The services are nice & quick respond , breakfast is good.

A nice resort style hotel with a pool and nice gardens. The hotel has chalets, units and standard hotel rooms, well laid out gardens with a few statues complete the layout.

Our house has 3 rooms that so clean and big. The breakfast is so excellent too. The garden is so lovely and there is musuem near the hotel too. However, the water is not warm at all

Hotel is balinese style. Very resort feel. Furniture is balinese style too. Big and clean toilet. Comfortable and relaxing. Nice garden. The location is very remote. It is difficult to get out without transport. Please get all your snacks and drinks before you return to the hotel. Breakfast spread is good. Friendly staff. We will be back.

Nice traditional hotel experience. Breakfast was good and different each day. However, the comfort of the bed can be improved. The bed was hard and the pillows were too soft. Also, request for additional pillow is also chargeable which is ridiculous.

Nice place to stay in Khao Yai

Good location and near all the attractions in Khao Yai. Room is big & clean and comes with the door netting to prevent insects from coming in. Reception is able to speak English and helpful, send us to the room using the buggy despites it is only within walking distance.

Good stay.

Rooms were big and clean. Check in and check out went by quickly. Rooms are stocked with hairdryers, a safety deposit box, bath robes and room slippers. Hot water was slightly faulty. With short burst of cold water while bathing. You have to wait a while for the water to be hot, even then, shower water was slightly hotter than "warm" water. However, service staff were very efficient in responding to calls. ( eg. 1 of the rooms water heater was faulty. Upon informing, a service man was sent to check and fix the fault in about 10 mins.) Really enjoyed my stay and the resort is close to many attractions.
