Quietly, it is ideally located 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the playground of Poulafret Paimpol.
The harbor is about 900 meters away and the commercial area is 1 km away.
The GR34 hiking trail is about 30 meters from the house.
On the ground floor, a brand new kitchen, open to the living room (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven ...), 4/5 seater sofa meridian and dining table.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 90) and a bathroom.
Both bedrooms have sea views.
In the small walled garden you can enjoy a small lawn area and a wooden terrace with garden furniture.

Cette petite maison a Ă©tĂ© parfaite pour nous accueillir tous les 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants de 6 et 9 ans). Elle est trĂšs confortable et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, avec le plus du petit jardin. Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Il y a juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© (1 minute Ă  pieds) un parc de jeux pour enfants vraiment chouette, une plage de sable (5 minutes Ă  pieds) qui correspond Ă  un bassin dont l'eau reste Ă  marĂ©e basse. Donc parfait pour que les enfants se baignent en sĂ©curitĂ© Ă  n'importe quel moment de la journĂ©e. Tout ça le long du sentier des douaniers sur lequel j'ai apprĂ©ciĂ© courir. Et Ă  priori une nouveautĂ© : Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du parc de jeux, "la dinguette" qui est une petite guinguette qui propose Ă  boire et Ă  manger midi et soir. En gros, cette maison a un emplacement parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances, mĂȘme sans voiture et mĂȘme quand les enfants ne veulent pas bouger! (Nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© au port Ă  pieds mais c'est vraiment faisable mĂȘme avec des enfants). Et je finirai en disant que la propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande cette location sans hĂ©siter!

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin persönlich bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen. Das kleine Fischerhaus ist ein liebevoll und mit vielen persönlichen Dingen eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Das Haus ist top saniert und sehr sauber. Die KĂŒchenausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Maison a paimpo'

Ma femme a dû laver toute la vaisselle qui était rempli de nourriture des anciens locataires de la maison. Nous n'avons pas eu la télé de la semaine et cette maison est dépourvue d'Internet pas top quand il fait pas beau et que par défaut nous devons rester à la maison. Rue trÚs passante donc des personnes qui parlent fort toute la nuit dans la rue passage intensif difficile quand on a des enfants qui veulent dormir .
