January stay at "Large Condo, great location"

The condo was nice overall and communication from/with the property manager was also very good. They responded to questions very promptly. The kitchen is well equipped. The condo has spacious bedrooms, but the living area and kitchen were very small for our group of 8 adults. The property sleeps up to 12, but there would not be adequate seating. There are no work spaces, and dining is limited to 4 stools at a table plus some stools at the bar.The largest inconveniences were 1) the lack of internet. We were able to connect the first night, but it was down the rest of our 4-night stay. 2) The lack of heat in two of the 5 bedrooms - they seem to have no vents. The other bedrooms were well heated. 3) Only one person could comfortably shower at a time because of the hot water on demand system throughout the whole house.

Girlfriends weekend

The listing is accurate, it’s a short driving distance to downtown Pagosa and the Hot Springs. We had a wonderful weekend with exceptional weather. Nice drive from Denver.

Great Getaway

This is a very nice property that can accommodate a large group. The listing has 4 bedrooms, but there’s a 5th bedroom (no closet or bathroom attached, but has privacy and a door) that can hold 3 children or 2 young adults as well, so it’s bigger than it seems. The living room is a wonderful gathering space big enough for everyone to be comfortable. Communication with the property management was easy and efficient. Parking is a bit harder with more than 2 vehicles but not impossible. Very clean and beautiful, as pictured. We will be returning!

One of the bedrooms had dirty sheets piled on the bed which we laundered and made up. A couple of the venetian blinds do not work in the family room. Other than that, we were exceptionally impressed with the condo. We enjoyed our stay at your home. My grand-daughter and I really loved the pac-man game upstairs. There was actually more room in your home than what was advertised, which was great. Thank you so much for letting our family stay there for the weekend.

Great Vacation

The house was great. Clean, spacious and had a wonderfully well-stocked pantry! It was within a few minutes driving distance to most activities and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely consider returning in the future.

Hunting Trip

Stayed here with some buddies for a hunting trip. Wonderful, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of privacy for everyone. The location was also very convenient being right between the two ends of town.

Lots of room for multiple families

We visit Pagosa Springs often as we have family that are locals and the location of this condo was great - just 5 min to uptown areas by city market and Walmart along with a quick 5 min drive to downtown Pagosa. Here are the pros of our stay: Besides the perfect location, The condo itself is very roomy for multiple people. We were a group that consisted of 2 families with teenagers and it was nice for the teens to have their own space on the second and third floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need including cooking tools, seasonings and spices that you don’t need to purchase when cooking meals. The decor was great and very themed to being in the mountains of Colorado and we enjoyed naming each room according to the animal photo hanging above each bed. Now the cons: our group is from Texas and I know that Pagosa gets a lot of visitors from Texas and one thing we know and understand is the need for air conditioning during the hot summer months. While Pagosa is usually cooler in temp than Texas, thus not requiring an AC, the top floors were extremely warm , even after keeping windows open all night and running ceiling fans. We highly recommend a small portable AC unit be installed for the second floor. Downstairs was fine, but as you make your way up the stairs the heat sucks you in as if you’re going into an attic. What is worse is the third floor bonus space does not have windows that can be opened and although fans were provided and tips were advised to try and keep cool, it was still very hot! The master bedroom mattress is very firm. Some may like it but it made sleeping uncomfortable each night. Also the master bathroom shower head leaks so water was constantly spilling out and the shower curtain was not fit properly to keep the water from leaking to the floor. The keurig does not work and we made it aware to the property owner the first day. Thankfully there was a back up drip coffee maker in the pantry for use each day. Besides these minor things, we did enjoy our week long vacation at this condo which is why we still give it a 5 star rating. We hope to come back to Pagosa soon. We love Pagosa and intend to keep visiting.
