Welcome to The Dim Light: Lower Town, where we present four fully private condominiums, each complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, inviting living area, comfortable bedroom, and modern bathroom. Furthermore, every apartment boasts a secluded outdoor patio, while our communal backyard `hangout` area is accessible to all guests for their relaxation and enjoyment. Our outdoor theater operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we kindly ask that you consider your fellow guests while enjoying this amenity.
-We do not allow residents from Paducah or surrounding towns/counties to rent our properties. If your profile says you’re a local resident we will not accept your reservation. Please contact us prior to booking with questions. -The Outdoor Theatre & Bikes are shared with other guests staying at The Dim Light Boarding House. We do ask that you’re considerate of other guests when using these amenities. These are offered free of charge and available on a “first come- first served” basis. Booking the condo does not guarantee unlimited access to these shared amenities. -This property accommodates two guests maximum. This is strictly enforced and monitored.
