The living area has plenty of room to stretch out and a gas fireplace for warmth and convenience with a smart Tv. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an on-suite. Outside deck for sitting with BBQ. The lower level houses 2 guest bedrooms, a pullout sofa, a full bath and a more casual den with another TV for separation.

The Nestucca Ridge Subdivision has walking trails through green spaces to stretch your legs and look for wildlife. Pacific City is exciting in every season. So get a good night's sleep and wake to remember that the beach is only 5 blocks away.

Pet fee is $50 plus lodging taxes per pet, per stay. Up to two pets allowed. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house unless in a kennel.
