Terrible!!!!!! No air, someone use the toilet and didn’t flush. Used soap in the bathroom and no trash bags in the trash cans. Sheets dirty and the sheets, blankets etc for the couch bed were on the floor in the closet. Someone had smoked in the bathroom. It was a strong smell of smoke.

Called and asked about checking in a day early and the lady on the phone was fine with it but she moved up our reservation so we was down to check out yesterday instead of today. We went down to talk with the lady at the front desk and she was rude and told another staff that she had already checked us out so we was leaving regardless. One staff lady throw away all the breakfast right at 9a when tho my husband was making waffles at 9a she turned off the waffle maker and made him leave. Also when packing up was asked by staff several times if we done ready to leave. We will not be back!

Clean and Convenient

Rooms and bathroom were clean. It all felt a little rundown, but it was a great value compared to other hotels closer to Ole Miss. The drive was easy back and forth to campus. The breakfast was a nice bonus. Would stay there again.

The check in was horrible. The housekeeping was not friendly. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty like no one had swept. The blow dryer in the bathroom was full of dust. The couch was covered with white stains. It was very unsanitary. The pool area was outdated. The bottom of the beds were not clean; needed to be wiped down. There were spots everywhere. It was a convenient location but there are more hotels nearby.

Front desk lady during the day was rude! We booked as an early check in and when we got there she ignored us standing there and then just stared at me. No hello or how can we help you. I asked for my early check in and she just said no and went back to here paperwork. I said im sorry to bother you but early check in was requested and she said no we cant now. You can wait in your car or in the lobby Hall way rugs were dirty and beer cans pilled up infront of several rooms

The room we had was very nice. Had extra sitting area. The shower was amazing! The parking was the only thing that was inconvenient, had to park around back at night & our key card would not open the door in the rear area.
