Surrounded by 75 acres of scenic woodlands, this repurposed barn has been fully retrofitted and custom-renovated to offer a peaceful pastoral paradise while ensuring complete modern comfort for you and your guests. A screened porch lets you greet the day with a cup of coffee while your favorite nightcap can be enjoyed around the rustic wood-burning firepit. For a small additional daily fee, you'll also have the option to reserve a golf cart for getting around the property during your stay. Complimentary on-site pool access adds even more vacation value to this countryside charmer.

A convenient kitchenette is equipped with a full-size fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Two of the guest bedrooms feature their own Keurig coffee makers for ultimate morning brew convenience. The breezeway-style living area features barn doors on either end of the space that create the perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of Ping-Pong or relax while enjoying casual conversation around the sitting area. Multiple smart TVs are equipped for flexible home entertainment.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cell service is not optimal inside the barn, however, there is reception outside.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
