•On the first floor of the building there is ongoing intemittent interior construction underway through the month of August, 2025.
•Step out onto the deck and enjoy a morning hot beverage or Alpenglow libation and your favorite outdoor meal. The back hallway provides room to store a couple of bikes or ski gear.
•Guests are welcome to park up to two regular-sized vehicles in front of this vacation home. Trailers and RV's are not allowed to park at this home, but free parking for trailers and RV's is available at the west end of 9th Avenue.
•This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy.
•Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great location and very nicely outfitted!

This is a great property and has been maintained to the highest degree. Everything was in working order and was perfect. Communication was spot on and we enjoyed our stay. Its located right in the heart of downtown so walkable to everything. The only oddity we found with the property was there are only window covers in the bed rooms and bath rooms. Everywhere else in the condo has none, regardless, its still a perfect 10 of 10 property.

Awesome space and location

Condo was well appointed and spacious, with everything we needed. Outdoor deck great for breakfast. Condo just a half block off the main street so easy access to everything in Ouray, but still quiet. Hosts were very responsive. Loved this stay!

This property exceeded expectations. Very clean. Well stocked. (I love a well seasoned cast iron skillet) Convenient location to Main Street. You’re literally a few steps from the grocery store, coffee shops, etc. the town quiets down by 7:30pm so being that close is not an issue. We spent most mornings and evenings from the porch, watching the town wake up and settle down. Great communication with property manager. Simply an all around great experience.

Amazing place!

Loved this property! Was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our yearly trip Ouray. Kitchen had all the tools we needed to fuel up for a long day of Ice climbing. The window seat was the best part… gave a perfect view of the mountains and the town. Was a great location to whatever you needed in town. Also had the perfect area to store all our ice climbing gear. Would highly recommend, and will be our number one choice to stay when we come back next year.

I have been going to Ouray for the Ice Fest for 8+ years and would highly recommend the 6th Ave VRC condo. The place was perfect for my girlfriend, myself, and my friend. Great location where you can walk anywhere in town and a very nice setup. We will be staying here again!

Location is downtown with convenient walking distance to groceries, liquor, equipment, apparel, and restaurants. Home is clean, comfortable, and modern. This is a second story loft so you will need to carry all luggage up 1.5 flights of stairs. Balcony is small but functional. The landscape views from the balcony are limited but does makes it feel like you are part of the downtown action. The property manager was quick to replace an empty BBQ propane tank, check-in and check-out was seamless. Parking is limited to a few spots in front of the loft, we had to wait until the crowds left to re-park our vehicle on most days. We would recommend this property and would re-book ourselves. A great vibe to the property.

We’ve stayed many places in our travels and this spot stands out for cleanliness, location and ambiance! They even had little labels on the light switches so you know what they are for ! This felt like a true home away from home. Only this washer/dryer is nicer than mine!

Can't beat the location

Was perfect for party of 4 adults. Plenty of room. We went Jeeping every day so the location was perfect as a home base and a VERY short walk to everything in town. Unit is on second floor but it is only a very short straight up flight of stairs right by the door. Internet worked good. Lots of TV to choose from. Stocked with just about anything you would need. My only minor complaint would be is that the smaller bedroom closet is so full of towels, sheets and unusable plastic containers that's there hardly any room left for your clothes. But there was absolutely nothing that would keep us from staying there again.
