The space
The Blue Fern Hotel is a completely renovated one-bedroom apartment by high school sweethearts Bryce and Brielle with a goal to beautify Ottumwa.

This space is fitted with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 futon as well as a washer and dryer located in the entryway of the apartment.
