The room was clean and accomodations were nice. Starbucks drip coffee is a nice perk to brew in the room and offered with breakfast. Staff was pleasant. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Ottumwa.

The breakfast had limited selection of food. Also there tv didn’t have local stations to check weather or news. Also there tv didn’t broadcast any NFL games. There were several guest who complained about not having any games on their tv

The hotel is really nice - great spaces. I think it was a less than ideal experience with my room and reservations but would not base my opinion on just that. I was able to secure a room on Expedia for half of what their reservations team could offer. The gentleman I spoke to said that my room would not be guaranteed at that price and that I should book with him. My room was nice but my lamps by the bed didn’t work and I couldn’t get the air temp to go up so I was cold all night and could not sleep. I would def give this hotel another try. Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Great shower.

Hotel doesn’t have dedicated parking. First night an event at the Convention Center left NO parking for hotel guests. Biscuits and gravy were only available on Sunday morning.

This hotel is top class all of the way. I highly recommend the in house chophouse. Extremely friendly bartender and wait staff. The menu is off the chart. Top quality hotel all the way around.
