Room wasn’t very clean, bed was not comfy one side was more caved in then the other side, pillows were not comfy, too bright to sleep, i checked in and when I went to my room my key didn’t work had to go back down to the lobby. Turns out, I was never given back my id at check in. so when my key didn’t work that’s how i found out i was never given my id back. They finally gave it back to me after i was panicking trying to search my purse because they asked for my id when i told them my key wasn’t working. They asked for my id for the 6th time checking in. They told me you will have to pay for parking if your not member and if i was a member i will not have to pay parking using the app. They signed me up as a member but my app wasn’t working. Couldn’t sign it and even clicked forget password and the app told me to contact the desk. At this point i was fed up with the experience that i didn’t bother with the app. Bathroom was way too small the door was hitting the toilet. They ac/heat was way too loud. Didn’t sleep at all!!
