I had to make sure to get the deposit back (CAD 100) for possible damages - which I had never to pay upfront in a hotel!!!! Checking the room I discovered that the tiles at the support of shower curtain were broken, the water in the bathroom sink didn't go down properly and the jalousie was stuck... I called the reception. 2 service people were send and I showed them the problems. I got the deposit back after I insited, but at the reception I had to listen to the comment that some women.... Please, keep that to yourself!

The staff is amazing. I have received a professional and courteous check-in and checkout. The staff met around is also friendly and professional. The beds and sheets were clean and spotless. The bathroom is clean as well. The only thing is the room floor and the support chairs were not clean as I expected. Maybe give the cleaning staff more time and be aware that it takes effort. I did not want to lower the rating because of all the other positive things done. All the best

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, restaurants for dinner (Ono and Kato) were great but service was very slow for breakfast at Ono, as well as being overpriced for the options offered. Would go back to enjoy the spa and a relaxing vacation! Rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Our stay didn't quite meet expectations. Some notable issues included old and worn-out window curtains, lack of cleaning service, and an outdated bathtub that was clogged, resulting in slow drainage. Given these issues, I'd advise families with kids to explore other options.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Felt safe and was quiet. The only complaint was the bathtub mat was peeling off and it drained very slowly. Other than that really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back.

I love our room and the view was amazing. However, a mini fridge was missing and the water in the sink was slow to drain. It looks like it was clogged. Staff was great and was room clean.

The double queen suite was large, but bathroom was quite small and don't get me talking about the tiny fridge tucked inside the closet! Overall the stay was comfortable, however, the floor was not clean, we noticed a lot of white hair beneath the fixed furtniture, making us believe a lite sweep is barely done after each guest. The bathroom was rather small and dated, with a broken clothing string, and no ceiling fan.

Given an early check-in which was nice but the room had not been cleaned in months based I the spider webs and dust bunnies on the wood floor & walls. I was given another room which also had not been cleaned. After complaining - twice now - was told our room would be “refreshed” after I left to get to the spa. Would have preferred to have waited on a clean room over going through this.

Was woken up at 9:45am to loud drilling noise coming from the wall in the room next to me, which was on going for over a hour!! Not very professional for a 4 star hotel!!! Bed and pillows also extremely uncomfortable. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
