The hotel was lovely, the spa was great. However the heat in our room was ovwr the top and we couldnt get it to cool down. We had the window open as well as the heat off, but thw temperature nevwr went below 23 degrees. Also had to call maintenance to unplug yhe bathtub.

My girlfirend an i booked this spot for our anniversary and when booking, it had shown the package to book the hotel room as well as the spa/baths, unfortunately, the package was only the room so we had to buy a new package once at the hotel for the spa, it was very misleading and we were not the only ones for whom this problem had occurred. The staff was very short with us about this issue. Other than this problem, it was an amazing stay and the spas and hotel room were great!

parfait à Gatineau

très belle place centrale proche de tout si vous avez une voiture.< chambres confortables et spa a cote a l intérieur de l'hôtel par contre vous devez payer pour l'entrée, beau déjeuner et bistro, excellents cocktails. seul bémol le chaleur dans la chambre, impossible de faire descendre la température.
