Access to the property was limited due to construction. The pool facility was horribly dirty. The water was cloudy and a film of scum on the water with build up in the corners was evident. The hottub water was cloudy and "Brownish" in colour. The water was clear until the jets were turned on. Then a film on the water and floating debris in the pool and a stench coming from the surface was immediately obvious. The gym facility looked dirty and unorganized. Once in our "premium suite", we started to open the futon for our third child and found it was FULL of crumbs, food debris, a half eaten APPLE CORE and a DOG BONE... It had definitely not been cleaned prior to our check in. I brought this to the front desk and showed them pictures and was told, "so sorry sir, please email them and your complaint to this email". As he proceeded to point at a piece of cardboard that was taped to the front of the desk monitor with a hand written email address on it. I followed his instruction since I was not going to see any help from the guy on duty apparently. However, I have waited a week for any reply prior to reviewing online but I still have not heard any reply or seen anything done regarding my bill or otherwise. I will no longer be using this hotel when travelling in this area for our multiple sports outings or to visit family. No one else in our team will be staying here either by the sound of it.

The staff were very accommodating, the ladies who made and served breakfast were super nice and food was delicious and the variety was great. Everything was spotless the only complaint was that sofas were getting a little tired.

Arrived to find out pool is shut down without any notice or warning that this was happening. No adjustment in fees at all for inconvenience. When going to our room, encountered two dogs in hall.. one barking, one off a leash and I have a 3 and 6 yr old and was not comfortable with that. Got to our floor to the elevator opening to another dog barking. Not ideal.

We checked into a 2 bedroom suite. When we walkwd into the room, we were instantly hit with a must, wet dog smell that was so over bearing. I went to the desk and explained the issue. I asked if there was an option to switch rooms. I was told no and that they could have someone come and spray the carpets as well he could have the maintenance guy put some machine in when we were at dinner. I said sure if that's the only option. About 5 mins later, an employee showed up with a spray bottle and started spraying random corners of the rooms with some sort of deodorizer. This did not help at all! We went to dinner and upon arrival walked into our room that now smelled so strongly of chemicals, almost like bleach or chlorine. We tried to open the windows, but all of them were broken or the screens were torn so badly. I went to the desk again and explained the issue. The same guy first of all argued with me that it was impossible because no one had been in my room since the guy came in and sprayed. I explained it was so strong we were all coughing and having abhard time being in thwre. He again didn't believe me. I said go and smell it for yourself. He said i have a cold so no. He saod all he could do was send the maintenance guy again. So the maintenance guy shows up again, goes over to the thermostand starts playing with it. I asked what he was doing and why it smelled so bad. He stated it was an "ozone machine" used to get rid of smells. Then he wasconfused as to why the fan on

Property is clean, slightly dated . Hotel is geared toward families , and sees alot of use as a place to stay for weekend tournaments , so amenities and finishes are wearing quickly . Pull out mattress, was worn and needs to be replaced , kids complained of sore backs . Was not worth the $400 night price tag , we will not be back.

We loved our stay at this hotel! All the staff made us feel so welcomed. We were pleasantly greeted by the front desk agents at both check in and checkout. The pool and gym were a nice feature. Breakfast had a really great selection, everything was fresh, well stocked and the attendant was so helpful and welcoming too. We would love to stay here again. Recommend this hotel w no hesitation!
