OK but not great.

An armchair in the room had a broken arm and seemed to be on the verge of collapse when I sat in it. Also, the molding around the base of the bathtub was quite dirty.

This was an excellent value for the moderate room cost. All room furnishings and bathroom plumbing worked perfectly and reflected care by the owners and staff. Adequate breakfast buffet. Excellent coffee. Just an all-around satisfying experience. We will stay here again next year.
