Third time here. Comfy stay pretty close to Umeda. I say I’ll try a new hotel next time I’m in Osaka, but then ask why because it’s fine here.

Room was small but all we needed. My only thing I didn’t love was the breakfast as I am celiac and there were little to no options for food for me

The hotel is in a great area, right next to the station. The staff was very professional and kind. They held onto my bags before check-in time while I explored the area. The room was clean, safe, and small, great for a solo female traveler. The hotel is on the older side, and they have laundry rooms. There is a 7eleven next to it, which makes it easy for luggage delivery service.

3 Twin Beds. Incredibly cramped space. Really small bathroom. Only recommendation is that the location is really nice. No early check-ins.

Stayed at this place for 8 nights. RIHGA PLACE HIGOBASHI is in a great location for shoppers because it is between Namba and Umeda. Staffs are nice and able to communicate in English. Room is really clean plus alternative room services everyday to stay at. We could choose services between full services or limited services. We really appreciate our stay at this place.

Over all a good option though the area of town is a business district so not ideal if you are looking for a walkable option to other tourist attractions. It is right next to a subway line though so moving around the city is easy. Something that could use improving is the washing of the comforters as I found long hairs on mine.

Sold as a double room but 2 people would struggle in this room as it was small even for 1 person. The toilet was so close to the bathroom door you had to step over it to get into the rest of the bathroom. I was on the 11th floor but the outside noise was excessive.
