Room was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable but Pillows were not comfortable. Carpets throughout were dirty and especially the elevator carpets. You can’t wear shoes anywhere in the hotel so it wasn’t pleasant walking around dirty flooring. The shoe locker area had “curtains” that you had to walk through that were very dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t think the price was worth it.

In house onsen is just amazing, daily free flow evening ramen is also a highlight, staff are always friendly and accommodating. The tatami style floors are nice but showing their wear and some areas not as clean as when the property was newer
