Room didn't seem vacuumed since I saw hair that did not belong to me. One of the bath towels had brown stain and unsure if it was clean. Other than that, room was clean and staff was nice. Unfortunately, I only found out airport shuttle only operated early in the morning when checking in. I wish I knew this far in advance. So, I had to take the train instead since my flight was a bit past noon.

We stayed here for one night before catching our flight home the following day. The room was really spacious with bedroom that could be closed off from the living area. Room was clean and had a great view of the water. It was really close to the Rinku Town outlets which was really cheap and walkable. Even though we only spent one night here, it was really comfortable that we would have been happy to stay here for a week.

The hotel is right at the train station near Osaka Airport. Super convenient for after a long flight. Super nice room, very modern. Was able to have the hotel forward 2 suit cases to our next destination very easily and for only around $30 US (bags had to be sent 5hrs away). Would definitely stay here again.
