As a whole the hotel met our expectation. However, we were dissapointed there was no English news like BBC available on the TV channel. For a 5 star hotel catering to a diverse international community in a rapid changing world due to various conflicts not been able to watch it on TV it is dissapointing

It is located near Osaka castle. The hotel upgraded us to top floor with the great view of the castle. Room was huge and very comfortable, breakfast was tasty. Wish it had hot Onsen style bath.

Stayed here with my boyfriend, beautiful hotel with excellent service. Came right up to our cab and took our bags to our room. Clean and lovely rooms, short 3 minute walk to Ōsakajokoen station. Lovely view of the Osaka castle/surrounding town and garden. Would stay here again!
