Great condo close to transportation and food. Its not staffed but that didnt matter. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants near by. Less than 10 minutes to 2 train stations. We definitely would love to stay again sometime. Thank you!

We loved the place, easy to check in and good facility. At first the heater did not work, but it worked better once we cleaned the filter with the vacuum cleaner. I saw someone talking about clogged air filter, so I was surprised. Though I would recommend this place for anyone.

솔직후기

가족들과 여행을 와서 더블베드룸 두개를 예약했습니다. 짐보관가능으로 적혀있어 체크인시간 전에 도착 후 보관했는데 자물쇠가 부족해 분실되진 않았지만 불안감은 있어 개인 캐리어 자물쇠를 가져오는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다. 방을 두개 예약했는데 체크인 코드 이메일을 하나만 보내주어서 방 한개만 체크인해 다같이 방에 들어갔다가 어플로 고객센터를 문의한 후 약 2-30분 후에 체크인이 가능했습니다. 그래도 일본 숙소들에 비해 넓어서 더블베드룸은 4인도 충분히 사용가능할 것 같습니다. 더블 베드중 한개는 오래되었는지 삐걱거리는 소리가 많이나서 사용하지 않았습니다 세탁기가 있고 샤워실 건조기능이 있어 밤에 세탁 후 건조기능을 켜두고 자면 아침에 완벽하게 말려있습니다. 2박 했는데 냉장고에 2L짜리 생수병이 있어서 따로 물 구매없이 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다 일회용 치약칫솔이 넉넉히 구비되어있어서 따로 챙겨올 필요는 없고 싱크대에 주방세제와 수세미가 있지만, 수세미는 일회용이 아니어서 따로 챙겨온 수세미를 사용했습니다. 일본 특성상 바닥난방이 되지 않아서 히터를 틀고 잤는데 공기가 너무 건조해서 껐다가 새벽엔 추워서 깼습니다. 숙소 근처 도보 1-3분거리에 편의점 2개가 있고 (패밀리마트/세븐일레븐) 도보 5분거리에 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다 (마트초밥/도시락 있음) 오사카역에서 도보 13-15분거리여서 캐리어끌고 오면 쪼금 오래걸리는 기분..ㅎ 근데 짐 없이 다니기엔 괜찮았습니다

Reception allocated me on the ground floor. Those rooms are noisy as people wheeling their luggage trolleies along the aisle. You can hear all the noise. The good thing of this hotel is they provide free shuttle bus to Haneda airport. Only takes 7 mins to Teminal 3.

A well appointed apartment style property with video self check in. There was nothing I found lacking inside the suite - all kitchen and laundry supplies are provided, for example. Property is clean and modern. Cons - the wait for the single elevator can be long at times. The walls appear to be quite thin as well.

Very comfortable apartment unit for family

Very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Check in is virtual and very easy. Just follow the instructions on the email they send u 2 days prior to check in. MAKE SURE you received this detailed email prior to arrival. It’s a short 950 meters (7-10) min walk from one of the main metro stations, Osaka Umeda station. Property is very clean and quiet. Situated in a residential area with 7/11 and Family Mart nearby. It’s spacious which makes a comfortable stay for our family. Has washer inside but no dryer so we just do small loads of laundry everyday and hang dry outside the balcony. Bed is comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in Osaka.

The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine.
