We had a great time, but the pullout sofa was horrible. It was broken with wires poking out. We couldn’t use it. The bbq pit was rusted and falling apart. We couldn’t use that either. Very disappointed because I brought a bunch of meat down to bbq.

from the pictures looks like 2 bed room the BBQ pit was shot and there was no room for my boat any where
