Townhouse is nice. Its cleaned. Beds are nice and decorated very nicely too. Everything worked with a few cosmetic issues such as a bended curtain, some scratches and marks on the wall, and couldnt find the remote in 2 rooms. people renting the property are overly attentive. Negatives: everything is extra. Pool is very cold, useless unless you PAY for the heater. No BBQ unless you PAY for it. AC LOWEST YOU CAN DO IS 72. This was probably the worse of all. In FL AC at 72 to sleep is hot. I would not stay here again, and I would ONLY recommend if you are willing to pay for the extra and if you are ok with the AC at 72. Location is nice and quiet. Everything around it seems new.
