The owners of this house have done an amazing job presenting a vacation home that has everything you would need for an extended stay. We were shocked at the ability to cook an entire thanksgiving dinner without having to go out and buy cookware. The layout of the house is perfect for gatherings with the bedrooms all connecting to the main living space. By far the most fun we had was in the pool and hot tub. We spent probably 5 hours every day in the pool looking out over the large pond in the backyard (with our granddaughter on the hunt for alligators). Jim and Samantha were extremely accommodating and responded to us almost immediately with 2 requests we had made. We have stayed at rental homes where it was clear the owner was simply squeezing every dime out of rental income while the house goes into disrepair. Jim and Samantha clearly care that their guests have a wonderful experience and present the house accordingly. We will definitely stay here in future visits to Orlando.

We loved the home! It was beautiful…Would have loved to spend time in the pool but the weather followed us from South Carolina and just wasn’t working with us but other than that the stay was great. The owners checked on us from time to time to make sure everything thing was fine. Would stay here again…

Gorgeous, clean, open and welcoming Villa! Everything we needed as a family with young ones was there! Pool was beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood close to all the parks! Owners of home checked in via app during the stay and are very accommodating! We were welcomed with basket with handwritten note, beds were amazingly comfortable (fresh, new clean linens and blankets). Will definitely be staying again next year when we visit Disney! I can’t say enough, thanks so much for such an awesome stay! Highly recommend 10 stars!

Property was very neat and clean, and it was well supplied with linens, kitchen appliances and cookware, and dishes and glasses and cups. Beds were very comfortable. Property location is convenient to get to Disney destinations. Communication with owners of property and property manager was excellent!!

Great Family Spot

Just right for multi-generation: king suite for mom & dad, queen suite for granny, plenty of room for kiddos. Nice kitchen and the pool/hot tub was great for end of day wind down. Jim & Samantha are great hosts. Would definitely stay again. *Depending on traffic, it can take longer to get to the parks.

we had a great time here. only mishap was the check in process but it was quickly resolved! owners were very responsive and left a cute gift basket and personalized card to welcome us! This is kinda far from Universal Studios but better location for Disneyworld. Universal was about 1 hour away with the traffic.

The home was nice and clean. It was just as described. The host has the indoor temperature set on a timer that only they can control. My family and I found ourselves sweating throughout the night. Not being able to control the air temperature is my only complaint.

Just far enough from parks

We loved our stay and the location. The house is not overly big yet feels large due to the layout and vaulted ceilings. We didn’t use all the rooms as our oldest son and family couldn’t make it, but the rooms we did use were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, Publix and Walmart. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We bought pool toys not realizing they had some for use, we added to the collection in the garage. FYI.. pool cleaning was Tuesday morning and you cannot swim for 2-3 hours after they done. As far as Disney parks go, this was the perfect location away from all the traffic. I think the longest it took us for 28 minutes one day. Our hosts were amazing in communication, would definitely recommend for families.

Wonderful stay in Orlando

We cannot praise this property enough. The hosts were simply amazing, responding lightning fast to our queries. The property itself is exactly like the pictures and the location of the property is awesome with lots of food options and supermarkets very close by. My family and I had a super comfy stay and loved the pool and hot tub under the Florida sun. Could not have asked for a better stay! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again soon!

January 2025 stay

We enjoyed our month long stay in Clermont. House was comfortable and well furnished. Location was good with stores and fast food close by. The distance was about equal between Disney World and historic Clermont downtown. January was unseasonably cold so we were not able to enjoy the pool and spa the whole time, but hosts gave us a heads up prior to our trip so it wasn’t unexpected. We were able to enjoy the pool and spa for the last 10 or so days. Hosts were very responsive. We would certainly recommend it.

Great hosts; house needs some TLC

Overall the hosts are great and that goes far in my book when renting. The house is spacious and served our purpose which was mainly just chilling as a family and playing card games. We enjoyed hours in the pool and the hot tub gets really nice and hot unlike some other rentals we've stayed at with a similar pool/spa set-up.We just felt the house needed some TLC (broken drawers in some dressers, etc) and some power washing outside on the pool deck. Maybe with us being an end of year rental, some good deep cleaning is on the schedule soon? Also, it's worth noting the master bedroom mattress is VERY soft and you sink in, which wasn't preferred by me or my husband. I know that's a personal preference, though, so some might like the "sinking in" feeling. Overall, I would rent from Jim and Samantha again since they were great.
