     The villa is perfect for the young and the young at heart who wish to bring together under one roof large families and groups celebrating all of lifes wonderful moments such as vacations, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, golf outings, sports competitions, corporate retreats, etc.

     The house has 12 king beds and 2 kids’ rooms with full-over-full bunks x 2 per kid room.

     First floor bedrooms: White House room (master), Vegas room (master), New York Room. Home theater 4k 120-inch LED TV screen in the living room. The open-concept living room space can entertain guests with premium quality audio-system.      Large private swimming pool and spa (can be heated upon request) and resort-style sun loungers and seating. A private family BBQ grill next to the pool that you can use for free.There is plenty of open space for group gatherings (living room), with a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together. Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef.The house comes with your own two lanes of bowling alleys!
