Don’t let the pictures fool you! This place is not stunning as the listing states. In fact it’s horrible. Upon arrival there were three bags is trash In front of the unit. I understand why, there are no instructions inside the unit, how to handle the trash, nothing on the wifi instructions. Nothing on what is expected at check out. Management should consider putting some type of book or notice on the refrigerator. The place is horrible, The carpets on the stairs are filthy, needs to be replaced. The bed down stairs is cheap, the frame is literally falling apart, the other beds upstairs are barely holding on, the king mattress is on the floor and the bed built around it, the ceiling fan does not work in the second bedroom upstairs, , it’s dated, but it’s clean other than the carpet, so that’s a plus, the A/C works well. we decided on this rental because of proximity to Disney and the pool, since it was 105 degrees during our stay. However to our surprise the State came in and closed the pool down for being unsanitary. We were not notified of the pool closure. Probably a blessing in disguise, but a disappointment either way. The way management requested photos of ID’s and credit cards you would think this place was something special. ITS NOT !
