Uncomfortable experience
The home looked as if was listed how ever the first night we couldn’t use two beds due to them being broken and the upstairs living room sofa. Common area living room furniture is low to the ground and small not very comfortable for adults. They really need to invest in better furniture.Then the following morning everything went from small to unbearable when we saw a mouse in the upstairs area then a roach in the kitchen. At this point my family and I had it! Maria the host did send someone to fix everything and and exterminator but it made us question how could house keeping not be aware of broken furniture if they were really cleaning or not notice mouse dropping or bugs? Then to compensate us the host promised yes to the grill and was suppose to have propane delivered on Wed when we prepared to grill out Thursday we realized they never deliver the propane so I reach out to the host at 4:30pm who says she reach out to the staff only for hours to pass I reach out again for her to tell me at 8pm they had a miss communication and will not be bring it until the following day which left me in a bind again looking for dinner replacement for 20 people. After all we’ve experience are only compensation was a sorry. Truly not worth the rate we paid. I’ve had better stays in FL.
